Why do you use hot water extraction cleaning over, dry cleaning or other methods?
When done properly hot water extraction is the best method to deep-clean dirty or soiled carpets. We pre-spray all carpet with our products suitable for your type of carpet. Once complete, we then extraction clean and rinse all the product and dirt from the carpet leaving no residue or resoling in your carpets.
How long does it take for the carpets to dry?
This depends on numerous things such as:
- The thickness of carpet (longer drying time)
- Thinner less weight carpet (shorter drying time)
- After cleaning, keep the house cooler than normal (open doors and windows to gain cool air into premises). After we clean the carpet the temp inside the house will rise due to the steam. Less humidity will result in a faster drying time.
- Dependant upon on how dirty the carpet is and how many times we have to go over it may increase drying time.
But to answer your question, on average, anything from 2 to 12 hours

What could be causing those dark lines under my door edge?
They’re known as “draught marks” that look like dark lines around the edges of carpets and across the doorways. The cause of it is small particles of dust trying to get through the carpet from underneath the backing and subfloor and it just gets filtered wherever it can’t get through.
Do I need to remove furniture off my rugs prior to arrival?

We’ve got dog odor in the House we just moved into, who urinated in several places in the living room especially, and you can smell it, do you think the odor can be got rid of?
We do try and tackle urine odors using specific neutralisers and deodorisers after we’ve cleaned the affected areas, because the problem is when the urine gets through to the carpet backing it becomes harder to deal with.
